Manager of Access and Inclusion


Role Overview

The Manager of Access and Inclusion will champion inclusive employment practices across our Employment Services sites. You'll work closely with employers, staff, and community partners to deliver training, conduct workplace accessibility audits, and support job carving strategies that align with individual strengths and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and implement access and inclusion strategies to promote equity and opportunity for people living with disability.
  • Work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders to drive best practice in access and inclusion.
  • Deliver training and presentations to diverse audiences on access and inclusion principles.
  • Conduct workplace accessibility audits and provide expert coaching to ensure our services reflect the highest standards of inclusion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in the disability and inclusion field, with a strong understanding of best practices that support people living with disability to find and keep meaningful employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Experience delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and collaborative service delivery.
  • Lived experience of disability is highly regarded.
