About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead our projects across the full life cycle, from scoping, design management, tendering and estimating through to project delivery and completions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tender responses, including estimates, programs and methodology
  • Coordinate and manage construction activities
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain safety on site
  • Document project progress
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the project team
  • Ensure compliance with client or industry standards and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in a project engineering or management role within the construction industry
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to provide guidance on engineering designs and construction methodologies
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • A solid understanding of construction laws, regulations, and building codes
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to identify and resolve technical issues swiftly
  • Proficiency in project management software
