**Job Opportunity:** Clinical Leadership Position Available

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to lead our Day Oncology team in delivering high-quality patient care.

As a senior nurse, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff alongside a supportive leadership team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and lead a team of nurses and clinical support staff
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve departmental goals

**Requirements:

  • Strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse
  • Passion for patient care and a high standard of customer-focused service
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals
  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with relevant governing body as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven experience as a Nurse in an acute care setting
  • 3 years minimum experience in Haematology/Oncology; relevant post-graduate qualification or completion of Antineoplastic Drug Administration Course
  • Competency in chemotherapy administration, proficiency in cannulation and CVAD management
