Salary and Benefits

We offer market-leading pay rates of $33-$43 per hour, plus travel allowances, superannuation, and penalties. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with increasing pay rates once set milestones are achieved.

Job Description

As a Plant Operator or Labourer, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Bulk earthworks, final trim, trenching, batter, and boxing roads
  • Civil labouring duties such as pit & pipe, conduits, site prep/clean, and assisting trades

You will work on various projects using 15t-50t machines, varying from 6am to 5pm, 5/6 days a week.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Any civil/construction experience
  • Preferred experience operating machines with GPS Topcon, Trimble, or UTS systems
  • A valid license and reliable transport to get to site
  • A White Card
