Salary

We offer competitive wages paid on a weekly basis, including penalties, to our experienced Labourers and Plant Operators. Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Labourers and Plant Operators to join our team in North Brisbane and Moreton Bay Regions. As a Labourer or Plant Operator with Shadforth Civil Contractors, you will work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial sub-divisions, and major infrastructure developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Labourers:
    • Previous manual outdoor labouring or civil labouring experience (highly regarded)
    • Willingness to perform manual handling duties, including repetitive tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
    • Availability to work Monday to Friday 06:30am - 05:00pm with Saturdays, as required
    • Driver's license with reliable transport
  • Plant Operators:
    • 2+ years' experience in Civil Operations
    • Tickets for relevant plant
    • GPS experience, ideal but not essential
    • Final Trim experience, ideal but not essential
    • Ability to work 06:30am-05:00pm five days a week with Saturdays, as required
    • Driver's license and reliable transport
