Lead a movement in quality and compliance by partnering with our organisation to drive excellence across aged care services. Develop the capability of cluster leaders to ensure effective governance and quality frameworks, while providing high-quality care and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality and compliance strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Conducted root cause analysis to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for residents and staff
  • Partnered with General Managers to drive group quality, compliance, and innovation across services

We're seeking an experienced quality professional who is skilled in establishing effective working relationships and has a proven ability to drive innovation reflective of contemporary quality and care governance best practices.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Health discipline or equivalent experience in high-level service delivery and quality
  • Current AHPRA or professional body registration (highly desirable)
  • Relevant Post Graduate qualifications or working towards
  • Current Australian Driver's License
