The Suburban Rail Loop Authority is seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Infrastructure Designer to join our team in Melbourne, VIC.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering complex civil infrastructure projects for the North Western Program Alliance (NWPA).

We are looking for an experienced structural engineer with a creative approach to thinking, excellent communication skills, and a focus on design detail. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in structural engineering and experience working on infrastructure projects within a multi-disciplinary environment.

This permanent role offers an attractive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $160,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and a range of benefits focused on providing a great working environment, career development, and work/life balance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on community-shaping projects like the Pakenham & Keon level crossing removal and develop your skills in project coordination and stakeholder engagement. You will be part of a collaborative and no-blame culture with a strong emphasis on supporting each other in managing workload and providing internal and external training opportunities.
