Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Energy Principal to join our growing energy practice. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your extensive experience in the energy sector to drive business growth and develop new clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining executive-level relationships and advising on complex strategic problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the energy practice within Nous
  • Lead client development activities, including project origination and conversion
  • Leverage existing and build new relationships with energy sector leaders
  • Lead strategy and business transformation projects in the energy sector with senior client engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on key strategic considerations in Australia's energy transition
  • Develop corporate and business unit strategies for energy sector businesses
  • Support retailers, network businesses, and developers in achieving net-zero goals

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the energy sector, with a strong track record of success
  • Proven ability to advise on complex strategic problems and maintain executive-level relationships
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
