As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their goals, strengths and support needs. You will provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely with clients as they plan their next career steps, providing support to find the right job along the way.
  • Building strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.
  • Providing tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • Connecting participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience and group-based activities.
  • Collaborating with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • Meeting or exceeding internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Championing our values of inclusion, empowerment and person-centred practice.

About You:

You bring empathy, energy and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them towards meaningful and sustainable careers.

You love getting to know each client's unique strengths, goals and challenges so you can coach them effectively and build their confidence for their next career. At the same time, you enjoy engaging with employers; taking the time to understand their business needs so you can prepare candidates who are the right fit.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work).
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury or health conditions.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies and labour market trends.
  • Current Driver's License.
