**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify market trends and provide insights to support recruitment targets.
  • Conduct market research, identify market potential, and create a market plan for international student recruitment from the onshore market.
  • Maximise institutional relationships and represent the college at international student recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate and forward plan marketing strategies to implement new promotional opportunities.
  • Support business development and growth with the formulation and implementation of marketing goals.
  • Use data-driven marketing to optimise lead generation and convert sales opportunities.
