Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive turnaround strategy to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Motivate and stabilize the workforce, addressing performance and cultural challenges through effective leadership and training
  • Embed evidence-based practices in neurorehabilitation, ensuring best outcomes for our residents
  • Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning, driving excellence across the organization
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, safeguarding policies, and sector-specific regulations, maintaining a strong reputation

Requirements:
