Logistics Career Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our logistics team. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in 4PL transport, warehousing, freight forwarding, and operations management.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will work with experienced industry mentors and gain valuable training and insights over a two-year period.
  • You will be engaged in 4PL Transport Management, participating in planning, execution, and monitoring of transportation activities.
  • You will take part in 3PL Warehousing operations, ensuring the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • You will learn Global Freight Forwarding processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping.
  • You will support Operations Management activities, contributing to the efficient running of our logistics operations.
  • You will assist in Sales and Customer Service, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain, Commerce, or Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and to adapt to new situations quickly.
  • Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Intermediate MS Office suite skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
