We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. As a key member of our team, you will undergo comprehensive training in automotive glazing, developing the skills and capabilities to repair, replace and fit windscreens on any type of motor vehicle to Australian Standards.

This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on learning, with ongoing support and development throughout your apprenticeship. You will work closely with our experienced technicians to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Develop the skills and capabilities to repair, replace and fit windscreens on any type of motor vehicle to Australian Standards
  • Learn how to complete re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Deliver an excellent experience to our customers

Requirements:

  • Customer focused and takes pride in delivering an awesome experience to customers
  • MUST be able to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles
  • Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade
  • Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required
