About the role

We are seeking a trained Windscreen Fitter to join our team at kg autoglass' in Athol Park, SA 5012. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service and automotive glass repair. As a Windscreen Fitter, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately installing and repairing windscreens and other automotive glass components.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely and efficiently remove and replace vehicle windscreens and other automotive glass
  2. Inspect vehicle glass for damage and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
  3. Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding industry regulations
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the repair process
  5. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all health and safety protocols
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the workshop

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Windscreen Fitter or similar automotive glass installation role
  2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive glass repair and replacement techniques
  3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  4. Good communication and customer service skills
  5. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Athol Park workshop
  6. A team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment
