Product Innovation Lead

  • Manage the product pipeline, prioritizing projects based on business value and market trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate product range performance, nutrition, and formulation.
  • Develop and maintain commercial business cases, demonstrating a strong commercial acumen.

To succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in new product development, preferably in Food, Dairy, or FMCG industries.
  • Qualification in Food Science or Nutrition, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to engage key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, project management, and commercial decision-making.
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritizing across multiple projects and embracing a fast-paced environment.
