Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this program, you must:

  • Be in your final year of your degree, or
  • Have graduated within the past 24 months at the time of application
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident. International students should review our International Student criteria before applying.
What to Expect

Our recruitment process typically takes around six weeks. Here's what you can expect:

  • Submit an online application with your CV and academic transcript.
  • Provide your team preferences and motivations if invited.
  • Complete an online Job Simulation assessment, including a video response question.
  • Potentially be invited for an interview or Recruitment Day after review of your application and assessment results.
