We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network and Systems Administrator to join our ICT Operations team at Clarence City Council.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer physical, virtual, and cloud ICT infrastructure, including servers, storage, hyper-visor, and hyper-converged platforms.
  • Manage firewall, network, and network services, including SD-WAN, VLANs, 802.1x Authentication, Wi-Fi, and physical infrastructure installations.
  • Provide technical expertise in Windows standard operating environments, including Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery practices and integrate varying levels of resiliency into ICT infrastructure solutions where high availability is required.
  • Contribute to the development of the Network and Systems Administrator and other ICT staff through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate and promote Clarence City Council's values as a leader within the organisation.

What We Offer

  • A full-time (37.5 hours per week) and ongoing role.
  • A base salary between $102,093.90 and $110,514.02, plus a market rate adjustment, 12.5% superannuation, and a 19-day month.
