Our airport retail operations offer a dynamic work environment where you can develop your retail skills. We have over 150 stores across Australia & New Zealand, bringing big brands to life in airports and travel hubs.

We sell a wide range of products including newspapers, magazines, books, beverages, and confectionery. Our News Travels stores also provide travel essentials like medicinal supplies, reading glasses, travel adapters, and audio accessories.

The Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and recommend products confidently
  • Participate in ongoing professional training to stay ahead of trends
  • Maintain an attractive, well-stocked store
  • Process transactions efficiently
  • Assist customers with queries in a friendly manner

Requirements:

  • PASSION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES
  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude
  • Reliable transport to the airport is highly regarded
  • Retail experience is not essential-we will train you
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
