This leadership role will provide a challenging and rewarding experience as a Nightfill Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the nightfill team to deliver high performance and drive efficiency in carton rate and availability.
- Ensure safety is a top priority for the team and customers by enforcing correct processes in store.
- Engage and motivate the team through customer-centric practices - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
- Proven ability to lead department operations and provide day-to-day leadership support.
- Strong collaboration skills to achieve great outcomes and grow knowledge.
- Awareness of their own leadership style and desire to develop into a future leader.
- Ability to work across stores to enable a positive shopping experience for customers.
