Technical Network Director

The role of the Network Team Lead involves leading a team to achieve network objectives. This includes managing personnel, assigning workload, and providing performance reviews.
The Network Team Lead will also be responsible for evaluating network architecture and planning future enhancements. They must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to take ownership of resolving technical issues.
Other key responsibilities include creating technical architecture models, performing administration duties on network devices, documenting systems and policies, and ensuring infrastructure security through software updates.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of industry trends, emerging network tools, and technologies. They should also be able to communicate effectively with vendors and coordinate with other teams to meet objectives.
