This is a unique opportunity to integrate our Business (Quality) Management System with other key frameworks, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop, implement, and refine a unified Integrated Management System that supports core operations, projects, and business processes.
  • Conduct maturity assessments, management systems assurance, and lead the development of a risk-based assurance plan to evaluate control effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee business performance reporting, including nonconformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Manage incident investigations and ensure effective implementation of corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

As part of this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, align quality goals with business objectives, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a comparable role, backed by a degree in Business, Quality, or a related discipline - or equivalent practical expertise. A lead auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 is essential, reflecting your deep understanding of integrated management systems and compliance standards.

  • Effective Communication Skills – Ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and stakeholders, clearly articulating quality standards, risks, and expectations across all levels.
  • Strategic Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams, align quality goals with business objectives, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Analytics and Problem-Solving Skills – Prioritise assurance activities based on risk to optimise resource allocation and strengthen organisational performance.
