Art Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead our team and oversee the creation of high-quality visual elements for our automotive gaming titles. As a key member of our game development process, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and producers to create a captivating and detailed gaming world.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and ensuring consistency in the creative vision across all areas of the game
  • Ensuring timely completion of work to a high standard based on production timelines
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on team workload and timelines
  • Developing and growing the art department's capabilities, using expertise in managing large departments with diverse people and skillsets
  • Contributing graphic design, concepting, and marketing art where needed

Requirements include:

  • Passion for cars and gaming
  • Leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate team members and effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments
  • Creative thinking, with ability to bring a unique visual style and experience to the game
  • Technical knowledge, with familiarity with game art production processes and tools, including some understanding of art asset optimization and real-time rendering
  • Ability to handle pressure, remaining calm under tight project deadlines and effectively addressing various challenges and issues
