Software Test Engineer

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts for IVR systems based on functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing of IVR applications, including menu navigation, call flow, data integration, and user prompts.
- Document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies identified during testing sessions.
- Perform regression testing for system updates and changes.
- Validate integration points with CRM, databases, and other backend systems.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve IVR issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed test reports and provide feedback for system improvements.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on related technologies. Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews.
Day-to-Day Activities- Participating in daily stand-up meetings and project planning sessions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions.
- Developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other team members.
- Staying current with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Providing technical support to team members and resolving technical issues.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
