About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Architect to join our Capability team at Bank of Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and refining learning experiences that align with our Retail Capability Framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and performance support tools. You will create detailed content briefs and storyboards for various capabilities, working closely with our Learning Design team to develop engaging and effective learning content.

Your experience in reviewing existing programs and creating meaningful learning experiences that drive engagement and growth will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will consult with subject matter experts across the bank to address small to medium change requests, determining the most appropriate learning interventions.
