About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our esteemed team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting individuals in their recovery journey and facilitating their return to work through a client-focused approach, emphasizing health and well-being
  • Overseeing a portfolio of cases, including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare, and WHS
  • Conducting a variety of assessments, including Workplace, Functional, Vocational, and Ergonomic Assessments
  • Providing return-to-work services for clients
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of case notes for reporting and compliance
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • In-depth knowledge of NSW Legislative Workers Compensation
  • A university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Relevant accreditation (AHPRA/ASORC/RCAA/ESSA)
  • A genuine passion for assisting others
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A strong work ethic complemented by a sense of humor
