Job Summary:

As a YD. Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their best. Coach and develop your team consistently to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Business Results: Drive sales growth and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Be driven and confident in working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and individual targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fashion retailer or customer service workplace.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, driven, and able to identify and coach opportunities and roadblocks. Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on a business. Ability to make proactive decisions and lead, recruit, and develop a team.
