As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers
  • Taking a fun and creative approach to selling and building friendships with customers
  • Assisting customers with queries, processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
  • Assisting Department Managers and sharing product knowledge with customers
  • Escalating any customer complaints to management
  • Thriving on smashing sales targets and KPIs
