The Glennie School offers a unique opportunity for an experienced and qualified swim instructor to join our team.

Educate students of all ages in the art of swimming, developing their skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

About the Role:

As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging swim lessons that cater to individual needs.

You will work closely with students to evaluate their progress, provide constructive feedback, and help them achieve their goals.

Our Learn to Swim program is designed to accommodate students of all levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality swim lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incident reports

Requirements:

  • Austswim or Swim Australia Accreditation (Infant and Access Inclusion qualifications desirable)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexible availability with weekend commitments
  • Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of the values of our organization
