Teach People to Swim

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to teach people of all ages and abilities how to swim.

As a swimming instructor, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and teaching the fundamentals of swimming.

Our indoor heated pools offer a safe and enjoyable space for students to learn and improve their swimming skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching the fundamentals of swimming
  • Instilling strong cultural values
  • Working with students of all ages and abilities

You must have excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritise work and multi-task.

Familiarity with legal obligations relating to child safety is essential, including mandatory reporting requirements.

A Positive Notice Blue Card is required in accordance with the relevant legislation.

This role involves working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

It would be beneficial if you have experience working in an education or sports environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build rapport with students and colleagues alike.
