Job Description

As a key member of the marketing team, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to drive business growth and engagement through effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media & Content: Develop and schedule engaging content, manage influencer activity, and analyse post performance.
  • Web & Digital Distribution: Maintain and optimise hotel microsites, OTAs, and Google Business listings to improve online visibility.
  • CRM & EDMs: Craft and deploy targeted campaigns to promote rooms, events, and F&B offerings, maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Design & Collateral: Create high-quality digital and print assets aligned with brand guidelines, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Campaign Planning: Collaborate on annual promotional calendars and manage campaign rollouts, including photoshoots, to achieve business objectives.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to establish strategic partnerships and amplify brand presence.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support loyalty campaigns, new platform rollouts, and seasonal promotions, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign delivery.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and CRM platforms.
  • Creative eye for design and brand storytelling (Adobe Creative Suite experience advantageous).
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
