About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Electrical Fitter to join our Mackay Workshop team. This is a permanent position with a 3-month probation period. We offer a 4 on 3 off roster, providing every weekend off.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Trade qualification in Electrical Fitting
- HRWL – LF, DG, RB preferred
- Experience in all aspects of heavy fitting, including fault diagnosis in machinery
- Organizing and planning of work
- Basic welding and use of gas cutting torch and burners
- Maintenance of well-equipped workshops, including updated critical spares lists
