About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Bayside Group. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing stormwater drainage systems, including basement drainage, pavements, and car parks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare stormwater drainage designs for residential, industrial, and commercial projects, including detention systems and basement drainage.
  • Prepare detailed drawings for paving and drainage, carpark, and access path using Auto CAD.
  • Design pavement and carpark systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and liaise with council authorities for design and permit approval.
  • Prepare technical reports and specifications.
  • Liaise with builders and fellow engineers to provide workable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Local and proven experience as a Civil Engineer in an engineering consultancy environment.
  • Experience in preparing detailed design and documentation of roads intersections, pavements, earthworks, and stormwater drainage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time, whilst working autonomously.
  • Understanding of local government regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of CIVIL 3D is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
