We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Contract Manager to lead our team at a major refinery in Geelong, VIC.

About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity that will see you oversee maintenance, turnaround, and project delivery across the refinery. Your key responsibilities will include contract execution, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) leadership, operational performance, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of maintenance, turnaround, and project scopes, driving safety, operational excellence, and commercial outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project delivery and achieve business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in senior roles within Oil & Gas environments
  • Proven leadership in maintenance, shutdowns, and campaign execution
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HSE culture and continuous improvement
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with project and maintenance planning systems
