Job SummaryWe are seeking a Security Relief Officer to work across multiple sites in the Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will provide security presence and excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular foot patrols of site premises, both indoors and outdoors
- Ensure property is locked and unlocked as required
- Direct and assist visitors and the public in navigating site areas
- Write reports in response to incidents
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Manage visitor sign-in, induction, and key passes
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- Current NSW Security licence
- Australian Citizenship (due to clearance requirements)
- Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security
- Physical fitness to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
- High-level computer literacy skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Attractive hourly rates with shift penalties and allowances
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, stable roster
