Automation and Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation and Control Specialist to join our team.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless operation of automated systems during high-demand periods or absences.
- Foster a supportive environment by guiding new starters and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Emphasize safety protocols, adhering to Work Health and Safety regulations, and lead by example in maintaining clean and safe work areas.
In addition, this role involves:
- Swiftly resolving system stoppages and blockages, minimizing downtime.
- Maintaining a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety, aligning with our "Clean as we Go" principles.
- Courteously interacting with colleagues and stakeholders, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Participating in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements include:
- A disciplined mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience is advantageous but not essential for this role.
- A strong commitment to safety and adherence to guidelines.
