Senior Medical Officer Job Description

This Senior Medical Officer role is a fantastic opportunity for experienced medical professionals to join our hospital's emergency department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality patient care as part of our dynamic team of medical professionals.
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
  • PGY6+ experience with a mix of day, evening, and night shifts.
  • Familiarity with hospital procedures and protocols.
