The Opportunity

We reimagine strategic consulting for a complex world. With deep expertise and innovative technology, we partner with CEOs, boards, private equity and governments on major deals.

You'll work with leading organisations, fast-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the world's most complex transactions. You will identify value drivers, challenge assumptions and search for hidden value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in due diligence engagements for acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or corporate buyers.
  • Manage information flows and key stakeholders.
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners on proposals and new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideally, you'll have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.

  • Be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and adaptability in a collaborative team environment.
  • Have experience in Transaction Diligence within a consulting environment.
