We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR professional to lead our People and Culture team. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and driving initiatives that reflect our values and mission.

About You- You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- You have significant experience in HR leadership, preferably within the not-for-profit, healthcare or community services sectors.
- You demonstrate a deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusive workplace practices.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and compliance.
- Champion a culture of inclusivity, wellbeing and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that align with organisational goals.
