About the Role

As a Customer Re-engagement Agent, you will play a pivotal role in reconnecting with individuals who have previously expressed interest in private health insurance. You will build rapport, highlight the benefits of speaking with an expert broker, and schedule their next conversation.

This is an opportunity to earn a solid base salary and uncapped commissions while enjoying a great work-life balance. We are looking for a results-driven individual who loves connecting with people over the phone in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by hitting targets and earning commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with individuals who have previously expressed interest in private health insurance
  • Build rapport and highlight the benefits of speaking with an expert broker
  • Schedule next conversations and provide excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and earn uncapped commissions

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: A starting base salary of up to $65K + Super (based on experience), with quarterly salary reviews
  • Uncapped Commissions: Realistic first-year earnings (OTE) of $80K+
