Lead a Finance Transformation

The company has been engaged to assist a leading brand in their search for a Program Manager to lead a greenfield finance transformation.

About the Role
  • Lead a complex transformation from legacy systems, driven across multiple departments.
  • Duration of the role: 18-24 months.

To be successful, you must have:

  • 8+ years' experience in IT/business change/project delivery at a strategic level in large corporates.
  • 7+ years' experience managing complex, multi-vendor delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering at least one EPM solution; experience across multiple platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with Onestream and Anaplan is desirable.
  • Experience in both technology rollout and process re-engineering.
  • Proven ability to build and lead integrated, cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
  • Strong senior stakeholder engagement, influencing, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Hands-on, structured problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly in critical situations.

This role is part of a larger transformation spanning over 5 years.
