Job Description

The Year Level Leader is responsible for monitoring the academic, cultural, social, emotional and physical welfare and development of students in their designated year level.

This role fosters a sense of community and care that supports the progress of students. The Year Level Leader also supports the spiritual development of students and the social justice aims of the College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the academic progress of students in their year level
  • Support the spiritual development of students
  • Develop and implement student wellbeing programs
  • Work collaboratively with other leaders and teachers to achieve College goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Relevant qualifications and contemporary teaching experience
  • A willingness to uphold the vision and values of the College
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to use ICT to facilitate and enrich student learning and engagement
  • Current VIT Registration
