At ING, we are seeking a Technology Risk and Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving a proactive risk management capability across the Tribes and Centres of Excellence, ensuring risk accountabilities are well understood, assigned, and monitored.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all BAU technology risk and control activities for supported Tribes.
  • Provide advice and challenge on decisions and processes regarding delivered technology risks and enhancement/development of technology controls.
  • Manage the Technology operational risk profile and IT control first line monitoring.
  • Monitor and report on the health of IT assets and the overall control environment for the Tribes/COE's.
  • Keep up to date with threat landscape in Australia and in ING globally to provide insights to their Tribes/COE's.

Requirements:

  • Certified in one or more of the following: CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM.
  • Experience in Risk Management and/or IT Security is essential.
  • Knowledge of Banking and relevant External Regulations, processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT General Computer Controls (ITGCs), Application-Level Controls, and technical Security Controls from industry frameworks such as NIST and CoBIT.
  • Technical understanding of the IT environment, including its architectural direction in context of risk management.
  • Experience with the implementation of NFR Framework within business units or Cloud risk is an advantage.
