Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist – Paid Ads who thrives on driving results and has a passion for data-driven marketing.

This role is integral to our ongoing growth and success, where your focus will be on maximising conversions and driving exceptional ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital channels, managing end-to-end campaign setup, including ad creation, audience targeting, and defining budgeting and bidding strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regular reporting and analysis of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates are crucial. Insights are drawn from the data to provide actionable recommendations for stakeholders to improve the overall effectiveness of the campaigns.
  • Performance Optimisation: Ongoing performance optimisation involves monitoring campaigns closely, making data-driven adjustments to ensure KPIs are met. A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies is performed to improve results.
  • Budget Management: Efficient budget management is key, ensuring proper resource allocation to maximise performance across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how to optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs.
