Rehabilitation Consultant

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across various sectors, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Assessments and Develop Return-to-Work Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop effective return-to-work plans for clients.
- Case Management and Liaison: Manage client cases, liaise with key stakeholders, and maintain accurate records to ensure successful outcomes.
- Relationship Building and Business Development: Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
- Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance: Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Registration and Certification: Be fully registered with AHPRA or ESSA and hold an unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- Driver's License and Vehicle: Possess a current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
