We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and monitor programs to assist clients in returning to the workforce
- Undertake vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments
- Provide vocational counselling and intensive 1:1 support to empower clients to transition into employment
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes
- Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling
- Appropriate professional registration with ASORC
- Willingness to travel (a current vehicle and driver's license is compulsory)
