At Perth College, we are seeking a skilled Supportive Learning Facilitator to join our dedicated team in the Senior School. This full-time role will provide coverage for an Education Assistant throughout Term 3 of 2024.

The primary objective of this position is to support the delivery of planned education programs and foster a positive learning environment within the Senior School. As part of our Learning Engagement team, you will collaborate closely with teachers to cater to students with diverse needs.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Certificate IV in School-Based Education Support or equivalent, accompanied by proven experience. You will work alongside teachers to develop strategies that promote inclusive and differentiated learning experiences.

Key skills and qualifications include excellent time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with programs like Sounds Write would be beneficial, as well as knowledge of Positive Psychology principles. It is essential that you align with the Anglican ethos of the school and adhere to Professional Policies and Practices.
