Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately $31.24 per hour, plus applicable allowances, Superannuation, and Salary Packaging up to $15,990 per annum. Additional benefits include Novated leasing, Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum, confidential access to our Employee Assistance Program, ongoing training and support, and free onsite parking.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialization), or equivalent, and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support
  • Recent demonstrated experience working within an Aged Care setting in Australia
  • A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sector
