Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Professional to join our Service Team in a dynamic role that offers opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and Duress systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance on existing sites and installing small to medium commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and fault find all security equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of security systems.
  • Install and commission new security systems, including access control, CCTV and intercom systems.
  • Quote for faults found on maintenance works and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Liaise with subcontractors during project commissioning and assist the commercial projects team with new and existing works.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with various security control systems, including P2000, C-Cure, Lenel, Concept, Tecom and Gallagher.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must be an Australian resident with a valid NSW Driving licence, Cable licence, and Security licence.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required, along with strong systems, network and PC related skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently within a team, are essential.
