Job Description

As a Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering our Employment Services Strategy, focused on improving sustainable employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities.

This position centers on mentoring participants to overcome and manage barriers by developing tailored, individualized plans and fostering a work-ready mindset. You will put the participant at the forefront of our service delivery, providing support and guidance to help them secure suitable and sustainable employment opportunities.

Key responsibilities include ensuring each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focus, effectively supporting a caseload of participants, achieving individual and team KPIs, and delivering coaching and support to participants in line with our Service Delivery Model.

You will also build rapport and trust with participants, developing tailored Action Plans based on strengths, goals, and support needs. Additionally, you will connect participants with internal and external training, qualifications, and support services to address vocational and non-vocational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in employment services or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are also necessary.
