About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing team across multiple manufacturing sites, responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for a diverse portfolio of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster commercial excellence: source and manage contracts end-to-end, ensuring balanced commercial arrangements.
  • Manage supplier relationships: build and maintain productive partnerships with suppliers, ensuring they meet or exceed their product or service delivery obligations.
  • Provide insights and advice: deliver market and supplier performance intelligence, analysis and recommendations for business decision-making.
  • Coordinate stakeholder requirements: gather internal and external stakeholder needs to achieve suitable and continuous supply solutions.
  • Contribute to business improvement: be involved in or lead projects for continuous improvement and capital investment.

About You

  • A seasoned procurement professional with experience leading high-performance teams in sourcing and procurement for diverse portfolios, possessing strong relationship management skills and ability to navigate different stakeholder expectations.
  • You will bring: tertiary qualification in a relevant field, passion and experience leading contracts and supplier negotiations, strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, demonstrated analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions considering business interests.
